Message from the Principal

I am very proud to be the principal of Connaught Public School and a member of this wonderful school community. Connaught is a great community school with children who enjoy coming to school each day. All of us on staff are very dedicated and we provide the highest level of quality education. We believe that every student can be successful, given the right supports and that we are “Achieving Success Together”.

Education should be an exciting partnership amongst the student, the parents, and the teacher. If all of these partners do their best I guarantee that every student will develop to his/her potential. Research indicates that children whose parents show a strong interest and support for their child’s education will be more successful. If we expect our children to be the best they can be, we owe it to them to be the best parents and teachers we can be! Never hesitate to contact your child’s teacher if you have question, or concerns. Ways to become involved in our school include volunteering in a classroom, chaperoning a trip, attending School Council Meetings, and attending special events, such as Open House, assemblies, and sports activities.
